FOUNDER/EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Chuck McClanahan
As Founder, Chuck McClanahan has over twenty years of experience working with troubled youth and their families. Chuck oversees the day-to-day operations, financial oversight, and all plans for future development of the facility. Chuck also maintains all community public relations. He speaks extensively in many various churches throughout many states sharing the need to help troubled teenagers. When not conducting the business of The Ranch, you will find Chuck riding horses, lifting weights, or doing a work project with the boys he has devoted his life to helping.
CO-FOUNDER/PERSONAL CARE DIRECTOR
Christine McClanahan
As Personal Care Director, Christine McClanahan oversees the food resource department. She is responsible for ensuring all meals meet state standards. Christine also manages all the food resource personnel. All clothing and hygiene needs of the residents are her responsibility. Christine coordinates the volunteer groups who help with Christmas projects, our annual auction, and food drives. She also teaches health and art classes during the school year. The boys know her as Momma “C”.
COUNSELOR
J. D'Wayne Holiday, CADC, NCACI

Mr. Holiday holds a national certification in addiction counseling and has earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management from the American International University. D’Wayne has several years of counseling experience and provides both individual and group counseling sessions for the Ranch’s residents. The purpose of these counseling sessions is to guide and enable the residents as they begin to explore the possibility of making positive lifestyle changes as a result of participation in the Ranch’s programs. Mr. Holiday also conducts family interventions, which begin immediately following admission in order to establish or reestablish family dynamics. He is also responsible for maintaining regular monthly progress reports on residents. All residents participate in drug and alcohol education and awareness classes which Mr. Holiday conducts. Here, Mr. Holiday illuminates the risks and legal consequences associated with all drug classifications. He offers healthy options and alternatives for dealing with high-risk situations and peer pressure. He works to provide residents with positive coping and social functioning skills through character development.
OFFICE MANAGER
Mrs. Tangy Foor
Tangy has been employed by The Ranch since 2002. She is responsible for overseeing the resident’s files, scheduling all of their off-campus appointments, and coordinates all of their travel arrangements. Tangy also oversees all incoming and outgoing mail. She has the responsibility of ensuring that everyone has the office supplies they need. She is the first voice you will hear when calling the Ranch office and she will always direct you to the person you need to speak with.
FISCAL/HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
Mrs. Mare Poet
Mare has been employed with the Ranch since 2003. Prior to working here she was employed as a church secretary and also has several years of bookkeeping experience. Mare oversees the daily financial transactions while keeping extensive records required by the IRS for non-profit organizations. She works in conjunction with the accounting firm who conducts our annual audit.
Mare oversees the employee files and schedules the forty hours of annual training required for all Ranch employees. She also conducts the initial interview for all new hires.
ACADEMIC INSTRUCTOR/EQUINE DIRECTOR
Mrs. Zeta Adcock
Zeta graduated with honors from Penn State University with an English major in secondary education. She began employment with the Ranch in 2002. Zeta is responsible for teaching English, history and social studies to the residents. Along with her academic instruction, Zeta teaches computer literacy and video production to her students.
As Equine Director, Zeta is a certified instructor through Kenny Harlow’s “Training with Trust” horsemanship program. Zeta has over twenty-five years of experience with horses.
ACADEMIC/AUTO SHOP INSTRUCTOR
Mr. Terry Farr
Terry earned his Bachelor’s degree from Fort Wayne Bible College. Terry teaches science, biology and math to our residents. Terry also provides the vocational training of basic auto repair to our students.
BUILDING TRADES VOCATIONAL INSTRUCTOR
Mr. Curt Patterson
Curt has been employed with the Ranch since 2001. Curt has several years of experience in the building trades. He is responsible for teaching carpentry, basic electricity, and plumbing to our students.
PROPERTY MANAGER
Dave Byrne
Dave has a big responsibility maintaining the grounds of our 70 acre campus.  During the summer months you will find him mowing grass, getting hay for the horses, and planting and weeding the many various flower beds.  Dave has many years of experience farming having been raised on a farm as a child.
RANCH MENTORS

Ranch Mentors work eight hour shifts providing residents with consistent structured supervision. They oversee the residents in their daily Ranch routines while assisting them in the development of their life coping skills.

FOOD RESOURCE PERSONNEL

Our cooks have a big responsibility of trying to please hungry teenaged boys for which they do a great job. Our cooks provide us with many years of cooking experience.

BUILDING/VEHICLE MAINTENANCE MANAGER
Mr. Paul Gochnour
Paul ensures that all the buildings stay in good repair by conducting daily routine maintenance. Paul also oversees that the Ranch vehicles are annually inspected and maintenance performed on a regular basis.
